About Me

I graduated from Downeast School of Massage, Waldoboro Maine in 1989.  After spending 3 years establishing my practice, I returned to DSM as an assistant instructor under the direction of Nancy Dail, DSM owner/founder.  I then went on to teach evening massage classes for DSM; teaching massage, hydrotherapy and was instrumental in starting the Geriatric program bringing students onsite to receive practical experience dealing with the geriatric population in a health care setting.

My area of study has been in stress and chronic pain management, neuromuscular, trigger point release, myofascial and working with people with Cancer.  Gearing each massage according to the needs of each client.  Creating a healing environment that is conducive to a therapeutic healing experience.
